- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Am rapidly losing faith in this practice. I never get to see the same Dr so have absolutely zero confidence in the consistency of care my long term condition. Its impossible to pre-book an appointment even when a g.p. tells me to. Im always told to call up at 8am on the day I want to see a Dr instead. This is pointless as the phone is off the hook (Ive seen it!) until at least 8.20 while reception give priority to people who have come in person and queued up outside despite this NOT being proper protocol. By the time you get through theres no appointments left & its not unknown to take a week of going through this before finally getting an appointment with yet another locum.by Miss MoneypennyFebruary 14, 2017
